rOOTED IN LEGACY
The drive behind my lens is deeply rooted in the history of my hometown.
I am a third-generation Milwaukeean, inspired by a lineage dedicated to service and leadership. My great-grandmother was one of the first Black nurses in the city, a legacy continued by my grandmother, a dedicated V.A. nurse who has an endowed scholarship in her name. On my grandfather's side, he was a HIGHLY RESPECTED Grandmaster OF THE Prince Hall MasONIC TEMPLE, and his nephew was the first Black Fire Chief in Milwaukee. This heritage of professionalism, integrity, and community building is WHAT I bring to every project. I believe that capturing your unique story is not just a job—it's honoring the tradition of preserving what matters most.
